Returns and Refunds
Because our items are of a digital nature (font software), they are not refundable under most circumstances*. If you have any issues with your files, please contact us at info@singlelinefonts.com and we will make a replacement available to you.

Software Compatibility and Test Fonts
We test our fonts in numerous programs on different platforms. If you want to test a font to make sure it works in your program, please get in touch before you purchase so we can send you a functioning test font. This font will have some type of feature which makes it unusable in regular circumstances. Some characters may be a different type of font, or you may see lines through them when you type.
Fonts and Files with Issues
Please inspect your font or file upon receipt contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We are unable to accommodate exchanges because of the digital nature of our products.
*We Want to Make it Right!
We're going to do everything in our power to get your issue resolved! If we sell you a font that differs in usability from a test font that we have sent you, we will work out a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
